What are the basic requirements for my child if i want to be apart of a talent roster?
We look for children with natural personality, the ability to follow simple directions, and a supportive family environment. Specific age and physical requirements vary by casting call.
Are there any upfront costs to join the agency?
We do not charge joining fees. Our agency operates on a commission basis, meaning we only succeed when your child succeeds. Professional photos are recommended but not required initially.
What is the expected time commitment for auditions?
Auditions often happen at short notice and usually occur during weekdays. We work closely with schools and parents to ensure work never interferes with your child's education.
How does the casting process work?
Clients send us briefs for specific roles. We submit suitable talent from our roster. If the client is interested, they will request an audition or 'self-tape' from your child.
Is professional experience necessary to join?
Not at all! Many of our most successful young talents started with zero experience. We provide the mentorship and support needed to help them grow into professionals.
